The current health check deploy timeout is 15 minutes minutes as per: https://render.com/docs/health-checks#health-check-protocol

This is very high and in my case (I imagine others would have the same) that if a deployment doesn't pass a health check in 1 minute (or whatever other low number) then something has gone wrong and needs to be investigated immediately. Waiting 15 minutes delays finding this information out via the failure email.

I'd like to request the option to choose the health check deployment timeout.
