Add an easy way to clear PostgreSQL data

It would be nice to have a button on the Database page in the dashboard to allow clearing all user data in a PostgreSQL database in one go.

it doesn't even mention in the docs that a database has to be restored in to a newly created instance. If there's no ability to drop a database, please add that bit of information to the docs at least.
