Even something basic like Basic Auth or .htpasswd, configured through ENV vars or something similar would be fine.
I have some static site content I would like to not be crawled by robots or the general public.

I am working on a new web site which needs to have some (light) access restriction during its development phase. I was about to use my Render account to do this, but I stopped short when realizing I could not use the basic HTTP authorization protocol. I feel sad about it, as I like the service a lot and I am using it more and more often. Thanks for your consideration
