For example: logging when someone creates / modifies / suspends a service, like changing a databse access control list

This is very critical. It's a requirement for many fintech companies. For example if you want to integrate Plaid (https://plaid.com/) they explicitly request you to have policy of logging access to production resources.

I think that for EU users It would be very important to add audit logs from Render's administrators access as well.
Since they can access your database data, logs, etc.
