AWS S3 Files support

AWS S3 Files is all the rage right now.
Because we need a transparent filesystem for AI agents.
We need a better support for disks — mountable from multiple services (even though NFS has some concurrency risks / multiple writers, it's still OK as long as it's explained clearly as S3 files's limitation), and won't cause downtime every time on deploy like the current disk feature. 😅
