I have found the wording of the "Suspended by you" status seen on suspended services in the services list to be a common source of confusion. Myself and multiple other people I know that use Render have expressed being confused by it at some point when working on a team, wondering if it really means "you", as in the person logged in, or whether it just means "a user".

Ideally, it would probably be specific about who actually suspended it, like "Suspended by [user pic] bob@example.com", similar to what you see in the events for a suspended service.

But even having it just not say "you" would be much clearer (e.g. "Suspended by user", "Suspended by a user", etc.)
