First, nice product, easy setup. Hunted and pecked a bit to find things, but got everything working.

However, speed is too slow for my needs. I have a proof-of-concept, so no revenue or funding for a while, and used Render to demo it. Low latency is key: search, then assembly of videos (multi-threaded for speed). On Mac M3, response is 2.5 seconds; on the $25/month Render setup it is 30-40 seconds. Even the Pro Ultra may not beat the Mac, and that is costly. Perhaps you can help and this isn't a 'feature' request.
