Is it possible to somehow to create new users in my db? It'd be convenient to have users that has grant access to specific tables

Would actually be nice since Datadog's database monitoring service depends on a custom user.

I use the user I have to create more users ---- this was a silly evening question
```sql
CREATE USER readonlyuser WITH ENCRYPTED PASSWORD 'xxxx';
GRANT SELECT ON ALL TABLES IN SCHEMA public TO readonlyuser;
```
