yes, because of many reasons AWS and Heroku's default option is Dublin, so migration would be easier if this region could be here. this is the reason why I am thinking to migrate off the render

As Heroku's only common runtime spaces are US (Virginia) and Dublin (eu-west-1 effectively), a lot of potential Render client probably are dependent on other services in AWS eu-west-1.

S3 in particular, which is tough migration to migrate to another region.

We use S3 and RDS PostgreSQL in eu-west-1, so it would be pretty convenient to be able to use Render services hosted there.

eu-west-1 (Ireland) is in many ways more desireable than London for UK users, costs less and is more widely used.

An Ireland region is also preferable for some UK users and aligns with AWS workloads already in that region.
