My account can log in to the workspace, but when creating the Free Web Service, POST https://api.render.com/graphql returns 403 Forbidden. Both the Edge normal window and InPrivate are reproducible, and the page shows Failed to fetch (api.render.com). Please help check if the account creation service is restricted and the reason for the denial.
