Some alerts on Render (e.g. servers/cron jobs failing or databases running out of space) can be time-sensitive enough to warrant paging someone. Build first-class integrations with PagerDuty and Opsgenie to enable paging for critical alerts.

This would be useful in the case of failed builds and deploys on Render as well. Sometimes everything works fine in CI, but something about the environment or config is different on Render and the deploy fails without you noticing (maybe a busy inbox?). Being able to notify something like a low urgency PagerDuty hook could be great here.
