Retrieve older logs

Render currently maintains the last 1000 lines of logs. It would be nice to be able to scroll back further.

We are working on a new feature that will stream logs in real time to supported logging providers. It's not the same as viewing the logs in Render, but you will get a much richer tailing/search interface with dedicated providers like Papertrail (which will be supported!).

imo people should managing their own logs or using a 3rd party service. the need for this should reduce with the addons market place.
