[small] Add env group when setting up service

It was counterintuitive to not be able to link the
.env
group to a service during the service set-up process, and only after. The pane for linking to .env
groups should be accessible when setting up a service.Log In

That's be great actually! This is either cause for a failed deploy or a forced restart in my case. Poor service doesn't stand a chance without its group(s).
