Ability to add multiple Log Streams and by Service

In other hosting providers we are able to configure multiple log streams at the app/service level. Render currently allows only one log stream for the entire account, making it more difficult to send to differentiate between environments and applications in the logging provider, thus making alerting by app/environment more challenging.
