Notifications on critical memory and CPU usage

I'd like to get notifications when my memory or CPU usage on my web servers is nearing critical levels. Relatedly, I'd like to get notifications when my web service auto-scales (this might already exist).
I'd like the notifications to go to Slack at the very least, and allow me to integrate with Pagerduty as well.

Similar feature request here https://feedback.render.com/features/p/alert-users-when-services-approach-plan-limits It's the last DX thing I feel is missing compared to Heroku

This is the main thing we're missing from Heroku, without alerts we're in the dark until the service goes down completely. We could use Datadog or Grafana etc but Render's metrics page is perfect for our needs, we don't really want to pay for and learn another overcomplicated service. Just alerting on the built in metrics at some threshold would be ideal.

This would be really good to see

This would be huge for us! We had a production outage when we hit a disk usage limit without warning.

This is crucial in order to have reliable production environments. We cannot accept a situation in which our first alert on a straining DB is when it's down

This would be useful for me not only for web services but also databases and Redis.
Seems like the only way to do it right now with Render is by integrating with Datadog, which only seems to work for databases.

I'd also love it if this supported custom webhooks.
