Short memory spikes don't show up in current memory metrics as they show aggregated averages.

This is problematic, because a memory spike that exceeds a plan's limit can cause a service to crash. But right now there's no good way of discovering this unless the memory spike happened in the last 5 minutes and you're looking at the "Last 5 minutes" chart which does have 5-second granularity.
