More tiers for PostgreSQL

While Render provides affordable options, there is a huge jump between Standard and Pro tiers. When comparing to Heroku, there is a lot more flexibility to what and how much you want to pay for.
For example, someone wouldn't mind upgrading for an additional 20-30GB of storage, which could last them years depending on their use-case. But currently you would have to pay $75 per month for a huge upgrade, which might be 70-80% unutilized, making it not a great financial decision for many users.
So in general, just having an additional in-between tier between Standard and Pro options would go a long way. But the more tiers Render could provide, the better

It also makes no sense that only the Pro has HA, so the minimum you have to spend is 2*75$ for that feature even if you have like 5GB of data.
